Robert Monroe develops process using frequencies of sound to alter human experience, potentially leading to out of body experiences. The CIA picks up on it and produces a 1983 paper titled 'The Gateway Process' which was declassified in 2017.
Page 25 was missing from the original document and rediscovered by a Vice magazine journalist in 2021.
